Job Title: Sales Executive (Building Material Industry, Hong Kong)

About the Company:

Our client is a prominent MNC in the building material construction industry, known for its innovative solutions and high-quality products. With a strong presence in the market, they specialize in delivering superior construction materials and services to a diverse range of clients, including contractors, consultants, and developers.

About the Role:

The Sales Executive will be responsible for sourcing new customers and business contacts, demonstrating technical knowledge of our client's products, driving sales, and maintaining strong customer relations. The role also involves monitoring operating processes to ensure projects are delivered on time and adhere to high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Reporting to the Sales Account Manager on the performance of sales and project follow-up.
  2. Exploring new business opportunities and establishing and maintaining excellent relationships with clients.
  3. Initiating and executing the sales action plan directed by supervisors to achieve projected sales targets.
  4. Liaising with clients and site personnel to obtain specifications or direct sales of the company's products and services.
  5. Ensuring all projects or orders are of high-quality standard and maintaining the company's image.
  6. Monitoring project progress from initial negotiation for specifications to after-sales follow-up.
  7. Preparing all sales and warranty documentation and maintaining completed and updated customer-related records.
  8. Conducting service/product reviews to collect customer satisfaction and feedback.
  9. Supporting the effective implementation and enhancement of the company's Integrated Management System (IMS), such as ISO operations.
  10. Performing any other ad hoc duties as assigned, if necessary.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum of 2 years' experience in Sales & Marketing, with solid experience in project management, preferably in the Civil/Construction industry.
  2. Possessing an existing network with contractors, consultants, and developers is highly preferred.
  3. Fluent spoken and written skills in English and Cantonese.
  4. A good team player with strong initiative and the ability to work under pressure.
  5. Self-motivated, willing to learn, and hard-working.
