Purpose of the Job
This role aims to support Key Account Channel Sales and Marketing on merchandising projects, instore activation, summer promotion campaigns, new product launch and promotion compliance in both Key Account and E-Retail.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of merchandising briefing and check list to improve brand visibility and on-shelf availability by ensuring the promotion compliance
• Work closely with sales and marketing team to support new POSM development for assigned activation
• Conduct market research on competitors' POSM and bring new insights to our own POSM development
• Coordinate and prepare new product launch selling kit and new line proposal to accounts
• Participate in weekly Key Account promotion form creation
• Support ad hoc projects and assignments when required 

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or related disciplines
• Well-organised, eager to learn with can-do attitude
• Collaborative, detailed-oriented with good communication skill
• Knowledge of Power BI report creation is a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
• Good command of both written and spoken Chinese and English
