Job Description
We are cooperating with an insurnace and finance group that is currently in an expansion phase and help them recruiting for the below positions for their Bancassurance Channel ( Chinese Banks ) , MCVs exposure and IANG are welcome
A. Account Managers
B. Relationship Managers
Job details:
1. Collaborate with and work closely with Chinese Banks and sales management, to plan and develop the sales strategy for Bancassurance sales to achieve or exceed annual sales target of his/her assigned region/branches whilst conforming to company and regulatory standards.
2. As a focal point to handle Insurance policy related enquires from bank frontlines and facilitate after sales services through liaison with internal colleagues.
3. Analysis sales performance of his/her assigned region/branches and provide strategic recommendation to management in business and initiatives planning.
4. Establish good, influencing and trustworthy relationship with Bank sales management and sales staff and internal stakeholders.
5. Act as Technical Representative and assist the client to apply for insurance policies ( For Relationship Managers)
