We are seeking a Business Performance Management professional to join our company. This AVP will act a leading role for two functions including business performance analysis and system enhancement.

Responsibilities:

• Act as a leading role to manage the business performance including annual financial and budget planning and forecasting,
• Assist senior management to define and formulate revenue and sales target setting for different sales channels
• Conduct presentation and report on channel performance, sales effectiveness and productivity analysis with recommendations for sales improvement
• Lead a team to prepare regular financial, sales activities and segment reports with detailed information for performance management
• Implement, review and enhance sales commission scheme and effectiveness
• Drive and lead process re-engineering, workflow enhancement and automation initiatives according to the high-level business strategies
• Design UAT plans for system upgrade and migration

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Business Administration or related disciplines
• CPA certified is highly preferred
• Minimum 8 years of business performance management. Candidates with telco background will be a huge plus
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Cantonese
• Proficient experience in using PC software such as SQL, Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Word
• Accounting knowledge is essential
• Team player with strong leadership, analytical and problem solving skills
• Self-motivated, independent with strong organization and time management skills, able to work under pressure
