Our client is a leading global insurance firm with envious market share worldwide. Due to massive expansion and to their strategic roadmap ahead, our client is looking for an experienced Actuarial Manager (RBC). 

As an Actuarial Manager (RBC), you will be responsible for the following:- 

• Prepare financial reporting and analysis under HK Risk-Based Capital (HKRBC) regime
• Drive capital management initiatives to enhance management of HKRBC capital
• Brainstorm, propose, and implement improvements to financial reporting processes, analyses, and reports
• Supervise junior team members to meet deadlines, and foster collaboration among team members
• Plan and manage workflow for the team
• Maintain audit trail of data, assumptions, modelling, processes, and financial results

To be considered for this position as an Actuarial Manager (RBC), you possess the following:-

• Degree holder in Actuarial Science or related discipline
• At least 7 years of experience in related field, preferably in financial reporting area
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Good management skills, leading a team of 3 members
• Good command of both written and spoken Cantonese and English
• Detail-oriented and committed to delivering high-quality results.
