Job Responsibility:

• Main products will include Man Underwear, Woman Lingerie, Knit loungewear, T-Shirts, Polos and Sweaters.
• Work closely with our remote office in Dhaka (Bangladesh) to ensure timely Proto, SMS and Productions.
• Build clear processes with our Dhaka office so to ensure the smooth operations required in sampling and production.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills and service levels required.
• Handle daily merchandising activities including review of BOM and tech packs, costing, proto sampling and SMS, fabric sourcing and problem solving.
• Develop new vendors/factories able to provide quality products and services to our clients.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in textile and clothing or related subject
• Minimum 8 years or above working experience in garment trading or buying office, preferably in one catering to the EUROPEAN market.
• Experience in handling underwear, lingerie, cut & sewn knit products.
• Experience in the EUROPEAN market with luxury brands will be an advantage.
• Work independently with good work ethics and under tight schedule
• Self-motivated, proactive, positive, and able to efficiently manage projects.
• Good interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Fluent in spoken & written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
• Good computer skills e.g. Words, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
• Travel as needed
