You will be required to assist supervisor to manage daily operations of the property including monitoring of property maintenance, cleaning and security; maintain good tenant relationship; supervise subordinates and liaise with service contractor to ensure quality services are provided.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree holder in Property Management or related discipline
• A member of relevant professional organizations preferable
• Experienced in commercial property management would be an advantage
• At least 3 years' relevant experience in property management
• Excellent client servicing skill and ability to handle clients and tenants independently
• Mature, well-organized, self-motivated with strong leadership skill and able to work under pressure
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Strong in report writing
• Familiar with DMC, BMO and tenancy management
• Hands on PC skills including MS Word, Excel and Power Point etc
• Credit score & background check should be fulfilled for banking services
