Job responsibilities:

• Manage and develop the team on delivering excellent service to the customers.
• Regular review the team’s operations, e.g. standard operating procedures, manpower, service materials, equipment, vehicles, and techniques, to enhance the cost effectiveness and service routes efficiency.
• Communicate with the service leaders, customers, and internal parties on order processing, follow up logistics to ensure services are delivered smoothly.
• Respond to complaints and resolve issues to the customers’ satisfaction.
• Deliver training to the service team
• Handle ad hoc projects assigned by the managers.

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma and above
• Minimum 3 years relevant working experience in supervision or management level
• Previous working experience in Fast Food Shop, GROUP hotels or restaurants is an advantage
• Good team player, detailed minded, well organized and quick response
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with internal and external customers
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese
• Proficiency in MS office applications and digital devices
• Hands-on field service and outdoor duties are required
