Launched in the beginning of 2019, Topologie has been growing rapidly in Hong Kong, Japan and Europe. To expand our vibrant creative team to take part in this journey with us, we are looking for a passionate product designer that is capable and has a strong eye for fashion. Based in Hong Kong, this role will create new products under the Topologie brand for the international market. 

What you’ll be doing?

• Raw Material Planning: Analyze production schedules, sales forecasts, and inventory data to determine optimal quantities and timing of raw material requirements.
• Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain appropriate levels of raw material inventory to ensure uninterrupted production while minimizing carrying costs and waste.
• Supplier Coordination: Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of raw materials, including placing purchase orders, tracking order status, and resolving any supply-related issues.
• Demand Forecasting: Support the demand forecasting process by providing input on raw material availability and lead times, collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather market intelligence and historical data.
• Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to raw material inventory, usage, and costs, generating reports and insights to support decision-making and optimize procurement strategies.

Who are we looking for?

• Bachelor's degree in  Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related disciplines
• A year of demand/planning experience 
• Familiar in using MS Excel, with knowledge in VBA, SQL or Power BI are preferred
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as  Demand and Supply Assistant
• Fresh graduates will also consider
