Role Responsibilities 

• Assist Ops Manager in warehouse duties to improve efficiency in order management, fulfilment and quality control
• Lead logistics Partnerships with 3pls and logistics companies - source, negotiate and test out new providers locally and internationally
• Analyse weaknesses in current fulfilment process and provide suggestions while tracking platform and offline sales data
• Work with Head of Growth on sourcing partnerships in logistics and assist where needed
• Analyse and provide suggestions backed by data to Optimise logistics and fulfilment costs/pitch improvements to Management to increase revenue  quarterly .

 Experience/Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
• Proven experience in operations, logistics, or supply chain management, preferably in the electronics industry.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with internal teams and external partners.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with ERP systems or inventory management software.
• Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and willingness to take on additional responsibilities as needed.
• Must speak English, Mandarin, and Cantonese
• Must reside in HK
