Job Description
Key Responsibilities
• Driving presales support for all sales activities across various verticals, including healthcare, utilities, retail, hospitality, higher education, and banking & finance. (200Mil+ annual sales target)
• Team Leadership & Management for a team of 10 segment consultants for different vertical industries.
• Strategic thinker with proven experience in presales, team management, and a deep understanding of industry-specific solutions.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing feedback and development opportunities for team members.
• Foster a high-performance and continuous development culture, ensuring the team meets and exceeds their objectives.
• Focus in ICT solution design according to corporate customers’ needs in the area of
- Voice and Unified Communication
- Data / Internet Connectivity
- Data Networking and Security
- 5G & Fixed Mobile Integration
- Cloud and Security
- AI Infrastructure and GenAI
Presales Support
• Proactively identify and develop opportunities in either new or existing accounts
• Oversee the development and delivery of compelling technical proposal, demonstrations, proof of concepts (POCs), tender presentation.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify customer needs and tailor solutions to meet those needs.
• Ensure the team delivers high-quality technical and business insights to support sales engagements.
• Drive the team’s adoption and technological advancement of major technology trends, including security and cloud solutions.
Industry Expertise
• Serve as the anchor for vertical industries including healthcare, utilities, retail, hospitality, higher education, and banking & finance.
• Stay updated with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to provide thought leadership.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within each industry.
C-Level Engagement & Relationship Building
• Build and nurture strong relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers at customer organizations.
• Act as a trusted advisor to C-level stakeholders, providing strategic insights and recommendations.
• Facilitate executive briefings and strategy sessions to align customer business objectives with our solutions.
Strategic Initiatives
• Work closely with the Senior Vice President / Vice President of Sales to develop and implement strategic initiatives that drive sales growth.
• Contribute to the development of go-to-market strategies and sales enablement programs.
• Anchor or participate in task forces aligning with company initiatives such as AISC (Artificial Intelligence & Smart Computing) and GenAI (Generative AI).
Collaboration & Communication
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, marketing, and customer support to ensure alignment and customer satisfaction.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
