Job duties:

• Identify market opportunities and drive targeted growth.
• Develop strategic sales plans and compelling pitches for effective client engagement.
• Create proposals and materials to support international wholesale business and lead generation.
• Manage offline and online sales events to maximize sales and brand exposure.
• Cultivate sustainable relationships with key accounts for long-term partnerships.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for order management and excellent after-sales service.
• Conduct market research to gain insights on competitors and potential market segments.
• Generate sales reports, forecast inventory, and contribute to marketing budgets.
• Manage distributor relationships in international markets for effective distribution and sales.

Requirements:

• Degree in business administration, marketing, or a related discipline.
• Preferred: 2 years of experience in B2B sales, F&B business development, food retail, FMCG, or the supermarket industry.
• Sales experience in local supermarkets would be highly beneficial.
• Experience in the F&B industry would be advantageous.
• Must be aggressive, responsible, self-motivated, and possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and writing skills.
• Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese, and Mandarin.
