Seeking an Operation Executive to join our team at Vita Green. In this role, you'll be responsible for performing general operation duties of our warehouse side, including operation tasks, stock take, retail shop code creation, logistic issue and etc.

From day-to-day, you'll…

• Handle stock take, retail shop code creation, logistic issue duties, ensuring they are properly managed and recorded
• Visit Tai Po office for stock take, code creation issue if needed
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions and leases
• Assist in month-end closing and prepare financial reports as required
• Liaise with internal and external parties, including tenants, landlords, and vendors, to ensure timely and effective communication and resolution of issues
• Undertake ad hoc duties as assigned by supervisor(s)
• Will have an opportunity to learn about general accounting duties, including AR & AP tasks, ensuring they are properly calculated, supported, and recorded within schedule

Requirements:

If you are…

• Diploma or degree holder in Accounting or a related field
• 1+ years of working experience in the accounting field
• Fresh graduates are also welcome!
• Familiar with computer skills especially Microsoft Excel
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, able to work independently, and a good team player
