Our client “Up Way China Bullion Limited'' is seeking an Accountant / Accounting Officer - Fintech / Financial Services to join their company!  

What you’ll be doing? 

• Handle full set of accounts including financial reports, management accounts, account reconciliation, daily journals, ledger entries
• Prepare daily payment requisition, cheques and online payments
• Schedules for month-end and year-end closing, bank reconciliation, management reports.
• Assist in preparing consolidated financial statements of the Group
• Coordinate the annual audit, prepare full sets of accounts and supporting documents for external auditors.
• Prepare banking documents including LC, TR, etc. and liaise with banks.
• Responsible for bank transactions and other clerical duties
• Handle ad hoc assignments when necessary

Who are they looking for? 

• Minimum 5 years of Accounting/Finance related experience
• Degree in Accounting or relevant disciplines
• Hands-on experience in handling full set of accounts.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• High level of organization and time management skills
• Flexible, adaptable, responsible, detail-oriented and self-motivated
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word
• Good command of English and Chinese, proficiency in Putonghua
