• Served as the sole in-house lawyer of the Company; 
• Reviewed, commented on and approved commercial contracts (including insurance policies) and other legal documents; 
• Prepared submissions and replies to the Insurance Authority of Hong Kong and the Office for Personal Data Protection of Macau; 
• Handled disputes with or complaints from former agents and employees and customers; 
• Advised on various Hong Kong, Mainland China and Macau legal issues (e.g. Listing Rules compliance, contract termination, data privacy, probate, insurable interest, advertising); 
• Assisted in the setting up and deregistration of a company in Shenzhen;  
• Assisted in reviewing investment documents and answering KYC questions; • Instructed and supervised external lawyers
• Have IA KPIC approval, or very likely to be approved

Job Requirements: 

• University degree in law, business or a related field
• Preferably with Insurance/Wealth Management/Financial Services/Banking industry background
• Have IA KPIC approval, or very likely to be approved
• Be the subject matter expert and experience in facing top management. 
• As one of the main legal representatives of the company, you must possess excellent presentation and communication skills and be fluent in Chinese and English. 
• Possess a strategic mindset, excellent risk awareness, global vision and being ethical. 
• Embrace changes and flexible. 
• You should also possess strong commercial acumen, organized & analytical with the ability to manage mid-large projects well.
