Our client is one of the leading brand management, retail and distribution groups in the Asia-Pacific Region. They offer a wide range of luxury products through more than 100 retail outlets in the region. To cope with the company ongoing growth and development, they are now looking for high calibre candidates for the following position:

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee a team responsible for the full spectrum of C&B functions, including monthly payroll, tax returns, final payments, MPF, and other payroll & compensation-related report analyses.
• Lead a team to deliver effective and accurate Compensation & Benefits (C&B) services for over 900 staff.
• Handle HR management reports, annual reviews, and staff cost budgeting.
• Ensure compliance with local laws regarding salary and related payments.
• Maintain the accuracy and timeliness of payroll processing.
• Prepare various periodical HR analytical reports for management review.

Job Requirements:

• Degree or Higher Diploma in Human Resources Management or related disciplines.
• A minimum of 5 years of solid C&B experience, with a focus on payroll and budgeting in sizable organizations, preferably in the retail, beauty, or FMCG industry.
• High proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel.
• Strong numeracy, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
