JOB DESCRIPTION

We are now recruiting a full-time Project Executive to join our professional team, and we aim to cultivate young talent who possess leadership qualities to become strong management leaders.

• Provide excellent customer service
• Assist in the preparation of communication and public relations materials
• Conduct research on projects to achieve quality event productions
• Handle inquiries and requests from clients with grace and manner
• Build good relationships with clients
• Provide support on administrative tasks and ad hoc tasks

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Higher Diploma or Degree Holder or equivalent, preferably in Business Administration, Event Management, Marketing, Communication, and other related fields
• 1-year working experience is preferred but not necessary. Experienced candidates may be considered for senior positions
• Good command of written and spoken Cantonese, Mandarin & English
• Highly motivated self-starter who takes initiative with minimal supervision
• Excellent communication skills
