With offices all over the world and over 3000+ employees in the company, they are now looking for a Senior Finance Manager to join their well-structured finance team to cope with business expansion in the this year.

Description

• Directly reports to the Chief Financial Officer.
• Leads and nurtures a team of skilled accountants.
• Supervises accounting and financial functions, encompassing GL oversight, group reporting, consolidation, tax compliance, and global banking operations.
• Ensures timely completion of month-end closing and the preparation of consolidated and individual company accounts within specified deadlines.
• Manages cash flow, encompassing planning, pooling, expense monitoring, and reimbursement approvals.
• Ensures adherence to local statutory requirements and accounting standards.
• Maintains and enforces internal controls.
• Collaborates with external entities such as auditors, financial institutions, and government bodies.
• Implements and enhances ERP systems, streamlining accounting operations and fostering interdepartmental collaboration.
• Expands the group's banking activities and deploys treasury management tools.
• Supports various ad hoc projects as required.

Profile

• Holds a Bachelor's degree.
• Possesses an accounting qualification such as HKICPA/ACCA or equivalent.
• Brings a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, ideally from esteemed CPA firms (preferably Big 4) and global enterprises leading teams.
• Demonstrates expertise in statutory requirements and tax regulations spanning multiple jurisdictions, including Hong Kong, China, US, UK, and Australia.
• Proficient in ERP systems, with a preference for experience in system enhancements.
• Sound knowledge of IFRS, accounting standards, and statutory regulations.
• Demonstrates qualities of a self-starter, hands-on leader, team player, and empathetic people manager.
• Proficiency in verbal and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin languages
