Job Description

Our client is looking for a Business Development Officer who will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through market research, networking, and prospecting. You will develop and maintain a sales pipeline to achieve and exceed sales targets, as well as build and nurture strong client relationships through regular communication, meetings, and presentations. Additionally, you will need to understand clients' needs and provide suitable product or service recommendations.

Job Requirements

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of experience, preferably in the manufacturing industry. Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply. You possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Moreover, you have a strong customer focus and the ability to build lasting relationships. Your self-motivation and results-driven approach enable you to work effectively both independently and as part of a fast-paced team. Familiarity with market research and sales techniques is essential. Additionally, willingness to travel to the Mainland on business trips as required is expected. Excellent command of both verbal and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) is required, and proficiency in Japanese communication will be highly preferred.
