Responsibilities:
- Act as HR Business Partner for designated departments across Head Office and Worldwide Offices, offering expert guidance on recruitment, organizational effectiveness, performance management, employee engagement and retention, compliance, and staff welfare.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, collaborating with hiring managers on job design, refining search strategies, sourcing candidates, conducting assessments, and negotiating packages to ensure optimal hiring outcomes.
- Oversee daily HR operations throughout the employee life cycle, including onboarding, internal movements, exits, and headcount monitoring.
- Assist in developing engaging content and narratives related to employee communication and engagement initiatives.
- Support the development and implementation of employee engagement programs aimed at fostering a positive corporate culture and enhancing employee well-being
- Collaborate with the Compensation & Benefits Team on salary benchmarking, pay range reviews, digitalization efforts, and regular updates of staff handbooks and policies for Head Office and Worldwide Offices.
- University graduate preferably in Human Resources Management, Communications, or Business Administration.
- Minimum 8 years of relevant work experience, with a strong background in HR Business Partnering and recruitment. HR generalists with substantial experience are also encouraged to apply.
- Proactive, self-driven, analytical, and detail-oriented individual with strong problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese (Proficiency in Putonghua is an advantage).
- Thorough understanding of Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other relevant HR legislation.
