Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for providing operational and administrative support to Senior Operation Manager;
  • Work closely with Senior Operation Manager and dental service coordinator on centralized operation projects e.g. clinic management system, procurement manpower allocation and outreach program, etc. according to the operational and service development needs;
  • Produce operation reports as assigned by Senior Operation Manager;
  • Serve as a backfill for dental service coordinators/dental surgery assistants of clinics as and when required;
  • Work closely with internal and external parties on coordinating repair and maintenance of clinic facilities as required;
  • Monitor the ordering supplies of dental clinics and process renewal of facility license, from central Operations perspective;
  • Support Senior Operation Manager in handling patient complaints and perform investigation as needed;
  • Support Senior Operation Manager in preparing course plans and materials as well as deliver ongoing training to dental surgery assistants as needed;
  • Keep abreast of updated legislation and clinical operations practice in dental field;
  • Assist in conducting audits and self-inspections in dental clinics to ensure compliance and proper clinical practices are adopted;
  • Support special and ad hoc duties as and when required.

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in business administration or a related discipline; 
  • Certificate in dental nursing is preferred but not essential;
  • At least 3 years administrative / operations experience in dental clinic/ healthcare setting;
  • Well-versed of clinic management system implementation
  • Strong organizing and communication skills;
  • Able to work with various people in different capacities and good at collaborating across teams;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications, such as word, Excel and PowerPoint, etc.
  • Pleasant, well-organized, customer-oriented with high learning agility;
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
