Job Description
Responsibilities
- Assist Catering Services Manager on daily operations such as prepare daily rosters, conduct cleanliness checking, assess furniture & equipment conditions, maintain quality of customer services, handle service opening and closing procedures, and resolve customers’ enquiries
- Provide training and motivate front-line staff to achieve sales target and enhance customer experience
- Monitor cost and inventory effectively
- Execute business/marketing plans and work closely with internal departments
- Assist in developing and maintaining required reports and system
- Assist F&B functions/units of the company for a smooth operation
Requirements
- Diploma in Catering and Hotel Management or related field
- Minimum 6 years’ relevant experience in the F&B industry with 2 years in supervisory level
- Hands-on skills in staff training and operation management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Well-organized in costing, sales and inventory control
- Independent and service-oriented
- Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English
