We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor.  In this role, you will have the opportunity to learn and develop the skills necessary to become a professional quantity surveyor.

Job duties:

• Assist senior quantity surveyors in taking measurements and preparing cost estimates for construction projects
• Participate in site visits and document quantity take-offs
• Maintain detailed records and documentation related to project costs
• Support the preparation of contractor valuations, variations, and contractual claims
• Any ad hoc assignment

Job Requirement:

• Higher Diploma / Degree Holder in Quantity Surveying or Construction related subjects 
• Proactive, well-organized, independent and able to work under pressure;
• Proficiency in using relevant software such as Excel, AutoCAD, and quantity surveying applications
• Good command of written and spoken in English and Chinese
