- Provide technical support to end-users and clients via phone, email or in person
- Diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware issues
- Update equipment inventory management system and rack information.
- Train end-users on how to use software applications
- Maintain and update system documentation
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate support team
- Follow procedures, instructions and checklists to complete tasks with good quality
- Ensure all client requests and other ad-hoc duties are processed in an efficient and timely manner
- Other duties as assigned by supervisors
- Skills and Qualifications
Requirements
- 5 years’ experience on End User Support
- Experience in technical support or related field
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Good Knowledge of operating systems, Microsoft Teams Phone, software applications, and hardware components
- Experience in meeting and conference room technology, say Microsoft Teams Room.
- Familiarity with remote desktop software and help desk software
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field is preferred
- End User Service Support Engineers play a critical role in providing technical support to end-users and clients
- The role requires excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Understanding of IT network concepts
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Willing to perform Off Office hours duties (including Weekends and Holidays)
- Able to work independently.
