Key Responsibilities

Perform requirements analysis and decomposition

Perform system design/ integration  and execute engineering works, including software engineering

Perform systems validation and verification

Lead labors and subcontractors for the project work

Ensure customer satisfaction through direct liaison with client representatives, customers and service recipients

Have financial control on jobs according to previously agreed budgets and plan
