HKT's Consumer Business Group encompasses multiple brands, including 1O1O, csl, NETVIGATOR, Now TV, HKT Home Phone, HKT Premier, HKT education, Smart Charge and more.

• Acquire new customers through innovative marketing programs
• Groom e-Commerce platform via various digital marketing activities
• Providing all-rounded supports on marketing campaigns within the team
• Develop 360 communication plan for marketing programs
• Carry out market analysis and program performance tracking
• Work closely with internal parties to design the end to end program logistics

• University graduate in Marketing, Business Administration or related discipline
• 5 years working experience in marketing of telecommunications / banking / insurance / eCommerce.
• Strong understanding of customer segmentation, target marketing, social media, digital advertising, UX/UI design
• Possess strong ownership, creativity and logical thinking
• Good command of written English and Chinese, Generative AI, Microsoft Excel & Power Point
• Knowledge of Tableau, GA is a plus
• Good team player
• Candidate with more experience will be considered for the position of Marketing Manager
