What do you need to do?

• Oversee business operations and provide comprehensive support for account management.
• Facilitate seamless communication with both external financial entities and internal content teams to ensure the smooth onboarding and updating of financial product information.
• Collaborate closely with internal departments to ensure the successful execution of marketing campaigns.
• Promptly escalate any issues to team leaders or higher management as required.
• Deliver exceptional client service by meticulously following up on changes in product information, adjusting invoices, responding to product questions, and clarifying contract terms, etc.
• Support ad hoc tasks as required.

What do you need to have?

• Degree/Higher Diploma holder in marketing, e-Commerce, Business Administration or related disciplines
• 1-2 years relevant experience in the digital industry, especially with web or mobile app development project management is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of electronic payment and Mini APP technologies is an advantage.
• Past experience in business operations from financial institutions or other fast-paced work environments is preferred.
• Strong Interpersonal and communication skills
• Presentable with a pleasant personality
• Fluent in spoken Cantonese, proficient in English and Mandarin Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese (both Mandarin and Cantonese)
