Responsibilities

• Lead a team and collaborate with other functional specialists, enterprise architects and technical teams to uplift employee experience and optimise employee lifecycle process while ensuring the quality, on-programme and cost effectiveness of deliverables 
• Act as a technology partner to co-create with business users to manage and execute digital transformation roadmap and initiatives to enhance effectiveness and efficiency in anticipation of business needs
• Engage key stakeholders to address users’ concerns, align system solutions with business needs and drive technology innovations with the use of new technologies like ServiceNow, Workday, SuccessFactors and Oracle Cloud
• Conduct research and collate market intelligence for service capabilities and industry trends, and provide timely recommendations to business users
• Foster an innovative and team-oriented work environment with the constructive feedback to team members for their development 

Requirements

• Degree in Information Technology / Computer Science / Engineering or a related discipline
• A minimum of 8 years’ relevant experience in implementing large-scale applications, of which 2 years should be at managerial level
• Proven experience in application development and rollout using ServiceNow, Oracle, SuccessFactors and other cloud-based solutions
• Commercial acumen with knowledge of employment related ordinances, business intelligence software and digital technology
• Sound knowledge in Human Resources (HR) related processes and services design, delivery strategy, HR Analytics and digital technology
• Knowledge of cloud applications and new technologies such as Artificial Intelligence, Cloud, Big Data Analytics is an advantage
• Strong project management and problem solving skills with abilities to manage stakeholders, vendors and contractors
• Strong presentation, analytical and communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese
