Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Handle general and veterinary service enquiries via telephone.
- Assist and help with veterinary appointment.
- Manage members and walk-in customers.
- Handle cashiering and general retail duties.
- Maintain customers' database and assist with member registration.
Requirements:
- DSE / Form 5 or above.
- 1-2 years of work experience in hospitality and pet care industry preferred but not essential.
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Cantonese.
- Mature, friendly, outgoing and able to work under pressure.
- A team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient computer skills on handling system information, sending emails and using MS Excel to maintain database.
- Stable working hours, 5-day work-week on roster basis.
- Will be assigned to work at different vet clinics throughout HK, Kowloon, New Territories on public holidays/weekends.
- Genuine interest in the welfare of all animals.
- Immediate availability is highly preferred.
