Responsibilities:

• Manage, drive and improve the teams in aspects of sales target & customer service standard;
• Manage branches daily operations, including execute the practice & branch operation standards;
• Formulate district sales strategies according to market situation;
• Coordinate with teams and departments;
• Prepare analysis and regular reports to management;
• Perform ad hoc assignments and projects;

Requirement:

• F.5 or HKDSE;
• At least 5 years sales experience with 3 years supervising experience, preferably in service industry;
• Good communication, problem solving skill, result oriented and able to work independently under pressure;
• Well-organized and detail-minded;
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing;
• Good command of both written and spoken Chinese and English;
• Immediate available is highly preferred;
