Our client is a renowned B2B Product Manufacturing Company with Global Operations in all key geographical regions.  To cope with exciting business growth plans, they are looking for a Senior Finance Manager to oversee their group financial controlling, reporting and treasury operations. 

Some of the key responsibilities will include:

• Report to the CFO and lead a small team of qualified accountants
• Oversee accounting and financial operations, group reporting, tax compliance and banking operations 
• Ensure internal control and compliance with all local statutory requirements and accounting standards
• Treasury operations especially on diversifying the group’s banking operations and implementing various treasury management tools
• Manages and controls cash flow, including cash planning & pooling and expense monitoring 
• Work closely with external parties such as auditors, bans and government bodies

To be eligible for this role you will require:

• A degree and a Qualified Accounting (CA, CPA, ACCA) qualification, ideally with Big 4 training
• Seasoned financial controlling experience, preferably from a product or manufacturing sector 
• Knowledge on IFRS and familiar with regional/ global statutory requirements and tax regimes preferred
• Track record managing a team and overseeing group consolidation & financial reporting in MNCs
• Detail-oriented mindset and willing to be hands-on with ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Excellent presentation and analytical skills with strong influencing capability especially in critical decision making 
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) required
