Bluemont Consulting is working with a leading global Insurance company that is looking to add experienced new business professionals due to continued growth. 

There are openings in both Employee Benefits Specialist and General Insurance teams (P&C).

Responsibilities include:

• Work strategically to build new business numbers for group insurance companies in Hong Kong and regionally across APAC, with exposure to MNCs.
• Focus on SMEs, MNCs, Professional Service Organizations, and large international clients.
• Work through well-established leads, warm leads, and cross-selling opportunities across other internal offices and clients.
• Utilize sales tools to maximize all opportunities in closing a sale resulting in service cross-selling.
• Identify the expectations and needs of the prospect and prepare and adjust proposals accordingly.
• Involvement in follow-up service, including claims and financial analysis.
• Representing customers' best interests, providing unbiased advice, and providing distinctive, unparalleled customer service.
• Holding strong knowledge of internal tools, among the most competitive benefits platforms in the market. 
• Constantly build and maintain understanding and knowledge of client's requirements by consulting professionally and transparently.
• Maintaining market awareness with regard to competitors and general market developments such as compliance and EB trends.
• Market-leading Flex benefits platform.
• Work in a dynamic and team environment.

Requirements:

• Degree holder
• Relevant IIQE Qualifications
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent English is required
• Proven ability in sales
• Flexible and adaptable
