AT Global Services is seeking potential talent who is attention to detail, accurate, responsible, independent, initiative and interested in joining our Operations Team.
 

Reporting to Team Leader, the Operations Officer position is responsible for daily operations and provide support to clients’ enquiries.
 

Shift Duty Required.

Responsibilities:

• Provide quality services in a professional manner and in accordance with all group standards
• Conduct processing review and documents verification
• Collaborate with the other teams and provide support to clients’ enquiries
• Provide feedback and handle complaints to maintain service quality standard
• Handle internal enquiries and collaborate with internal departments
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Non-degree tertiary education or equivalent in Business Administration, Business Management
• At least 1 year experience, and good command in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
• Positive attitude and strong desire to deliver exceptional results with great attention to accuracy and detail
• Good team player with good communication skills and strong sense of responsibilities
