Our client “Agile Sources Limited'' is seeking a Shipping Clerk to join their company!  

What you’ll be doing? 

• Issue ocean freight and air freight documents and invoices
• Collect documents from factories within the deadline and arrange shipment booking
• Handle and file documentation
• Communicate with factory teams and forwarders for shipment follow up
• Responsible for switching BL and LC documentation works

Who are they looking for? 

• Bachelor degree or above 
• 2-15 years of relevant working experience, preferably with shipping and logistic experience
• Good communication skills, well-organized, detail-minded with good time management
• Result-oriented and data-sensitive
• Proficient in using Miscrosoft Excel and Word
• Proficiency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Independent, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
