Job Description
Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain long-term relationship with key customers
- Develop long-term growth strategy and achieve financial target assigned by the management
- Identify customers’ needs and provide the best solutions to the customers
- Maintain regular contact and develop new business with existing customers
- Handle customers’ enquiries and achieve professional standard
- Follow up on key customers sales leads
- Develop mutually beneficial commercial engagement with clients and contract management
- Handle ad hoc project as assigned
Requirements
- Degree holder in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or other relevant disciplines
- At least 4 years’ experience in logistics industry, preferably in key account management
- Demonstrate sound project management skills with strong senses of business acumen
- Customer-oriented, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good Command of spoken and written English and Chinese
