Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain long-term relationship with key customers
  • Develop long-term growth strategy and achieve financial target assigned by the management
  • Identify customers’ needs and provide the best solutions to the customers
  • Maintain regular contact and develop new business with existing customers
  • Handle customers’ enquiries and achieve professional standard
  • Follow up on key customers sales leads
  • Develop mutually beneficial commercial engagement with clients and contract management
  • Handle ad hoc project as assigned

Requirements

  • Degree holder in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or other relevant disciplines
  • At least 4 years’ experience in logistics industry, preferably in key account management
  • Demonstrate sound project management skills with strong senses of business acumen
  • Customer-oriented, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good Command of spoken and written English and Chinese
