Location: Wan Chai
What this job involves
- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients and employees, providing excellent customer service and maintaining a professional and welcoming reception area
- Assist with managing vendor relationships, and coordinating facility-related services, such as maintenance, repairs, cleaning and security
- Provide support in handling system-related tasks, including data entry, updating databases and generating reports
- Perform administrative tasks, such as maintaining records, preparing reports, and managing office supplies
Interested? An ideal candidate would need to have the following qualifications
Desired experience and technical skills
Required:
- HKCEE / HKDSE graduate or above
- Prior experience in administrative support or related roles in facilities management is preferred but not a must
- Proficiency in using MS office applications, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Fresh graduate will also be considered
