We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing & Publishing Lead to join a expanding console game business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the publishing of new games, developing overall distribution and marketing strategies.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing and publishing strategies for the successful launch and ongoing promotion of new console games. Responsible for driving revenue growth of game products.
• Plan and execute online and offline campaigns to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
• Conduct in-depth product data analysis to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization.
• Perform market research to stay abreast of industry trends, consumer preferences, and competitor activities.
• Build and maintain relationships with key industry influencers and partners to enhance brand visibility and reach

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related disciplines
• A background of at least 5 years in the gaming industry, ideally with experience in console/PC game development
• Solid experience in game operations and publishing
• Data savvy, capable of identifying issues through data analysis and possessing strong problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
