Job Description
Our client, a Japanese accessories company, is looking for a Japanese Speaking Marketing Manager/ Assistant Manager to join their company:
Job duties:
- Responsible for team building and management of the marketing team.
- Analyze web data and sales data from offline marketing platforms.
- Create and Plan digital business strategy to achieve annual business goals for the company's marketing platforms.
- Work closely with internal parties for product assortments, IT, fulfillment etc. for marketing platforms, working with regional and local planning and brand teams.
- Responsible for and putting understanding all data coming in across all, etc into meaningful reports.
- Develop store content including product photos and descriptions; lead revamps/enhancement projects.
- Monitor competitors' trends to improve the company's marketing strategy.
- Ad hoc duties
Requirements:
- At least 3 years or above experience in marketing or trade marketing as a manager or assistant manager.
- Work experience in retail industries is a plus.
- Familiarity with Local/Global market trends.
- Ability to analyze & plan and good presentation skills.
- A self-motivated and energetic team-building person with good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Communication level in Japanese and Business level in English.
- Proficiency in MS Office
