Main Responsibilities:

Fundraising and Capital Management:

•  Connect with funds, banks, and financial institutions to secure loans and project financing.
•  Oversee direct lending processes and the release of project capital.
•  Develop and maintain strong relationships with investors, including family offices and institutional investors.

Strategic Planning and Execution:

• Develop, plan, and execute a comprehensive investor relations strategy.
• Work closely with finance and operations teams to present the company’s story and industry outlook to external stakeholders.
• Organize and facilitate analyst meetings, roadshows, and investor conferences.

Communication and Reporting:

• Act as the primary contact for potential international investors.
• Maintain close relationships with internal stakeholders (CEO, CFO) and external stakeholders (equity research analysts).
•  Ensure accurate and timely communication of financial performance and strategic initiatives to investors.

Market Insights and Analysis:

• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to provide insights to the management team.

 Key Requirements:

• Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in corporate investment or asset management, focusing on investor relations.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business, Accounting, or a related field. CPA or CFA certification is a plus.
• Proven track record in managing relationships with banks, funds, and other financial institutions.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent command of English and Mandarin.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with investors and key decision-makers.
