Key Responsibilities:

• Data Analysis: Extract, clean, and analyze large datasets from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and outliers that may indicate potential risks or control weaknesses.
• AI-Powered Audit Tests: Utilize AI-based audit tools to automate repetitive tasks, enhance audit efficiency, and detect potential fraud or irregularities.
• Data Visualization: Create clear and concise visualizations (e.g., dashboards, charts, graphs) to effectively communicate audit findings and insights to stakeholders.
• Process Improvement: Contribute to the development and implementation of new data-driven audit approaches and AI-powered tools to enhance audit effectiveness and efficiency.
• Research & Development: Stay abreast of the latest trends in data analytics, AI, and audit technology, and explore their potential applications in the internal audit function.
• Audit Administration:
  • Prepare audit workpapers and documentation.
  • Coordinate logistics for on-site audits (e.g., travel arrangements, meeting scheduling).
  • Communicate with auditees to gather information and clarify issues.
  • Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Education: Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Data Science or a related field.
• Skills:
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Python, R, SQL) and experience with data visualization software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Familiarity with AI concepts and machine learning techniques.
  • Basic understanding of accounting and auditing principles (preferred).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English and Mandarin  
• Experience: Prior internship or project experience in auditing and compliance, data analysis is a plus.
