Summary

The team is looking for a dynamic and experienced Production Manager / Production Officer. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in defining production strategy, driving product development, and ensuring the successful launch and lifecycle management of our innovative products.

Job description and responsibilities:

• Assist the Production Manager in organizing and coordinating daily operations of Production Department.
• Prepare Batch Production Records, Validation/Qualification documents and relevant SOPs.
• Collaborate closely with R&D, design, and engineering teams to successfully launch new products.
• Monitor and check records & logbooks in production areas.
• Assistant in developing, implementing and maintaining the documentation system.
• Participate in induction and on-job training to production staff.
• Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by production manager.

Job requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above in Science/ Food Science/ Engineering or related disciplines.
• Proven track record of successful product launches and lifecycle management.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, capable of leading cross-functional teams and interacting with all levels of management.
• Strong analytical abilities for making data-driven decisions.
• Experience in market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights.
• Applicant with less experiences will be considered as Production Officer.
