This role sits within the heart of our daily operations and is responsible for monitoring our educational partners' compliance and performance through course quality assurance and examination checks. This role is also responsible for supporting qualification development and will be expected to carry out research on new industry trends. 

Job Duties:

• Review and process centres' operational requests, such as qualification applications, assessments, certification claiming, etc.;
• Review and issue agreement and standard policies to newly approved centre;
• Assist Quality Manager to carry out Quality Assurance duties;
• Assist Quality Manager to review applications of new training courses and teaching staff submitted from our Asian centres;
• Visits to our approved centres for quality assurance activities;
• Create drafts of new training courses;
• Daily communications with our UK head office;

Requirements:

• Fluent in English and Chinese (both speaking and writing);
• Excellent research and referencing skills;
• Good team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills;
• Creative, energetic, hard-working and detail-orientated;
• Proficiency in MS Office applications & Chinese word processing;
• Degree holders, fresh graduates are welcome;
• Working experience in the education sector is an advantage.
