Responsibilities:

• Under Order Management Team and align with US Sales & Procurement teams for production planning and forecast support
• Oversee the whole order process, take initiative to identify any potential risks/deal with disputes for every PO placement from order confirmation to actual shipment
• Communicate with US parties on proposing options for shipment priority or resolving customer’s issues when necessary
• Establish strong communication with US & Asia colleagues and suppliers via regular meetings, emails & Skype/Zoom meetings, etc.
• Modify the current SOP for order processing & shipment release process
• Prepare monthly shipment forecast (pending shipping order) and work with Vendor Management and Asia Merchandiser Teams to ensure on-time shipments
• Drive the weekly progress meetings with cross functional colleagues in Dong Guan office and providing clear visibility of order status
• Working closely with the US retailers’ Asia representatives 

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of working experience in Customer Service or Order Management/Coordination/Administration field preferable in toys industry but not a must, and preferable at least 2 years in multi-national company
• Bachelor Degree holder, preferably in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or relevant discipline
• Good knowledge for computer software such as MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint & ERP
• Experiences in preparing quotation and working with US retailers is a plus
• Good communication skill
• Detail-minded, well-organized and able to work independently
• Strong analytical, root cause analysis and problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated with positive attitude/mindset, and willing to take challenge
• High adaptability and ability to work in cross functional capacity
• Proficient in spoken and written Chinese and English

 Work Location: Chai Wan (commercial building close to MTR station)
