We are a jewelry trading company, after a 10-year base, it’s time for us to build up our new online jewelry brand. In line with our business development, we are seeking an Online Operations Executive to join our new brand building journey.

Online Operations Executive:

1. Responsible for the daily online operation of product platforms, including product listing, content updating, and removal.
2. Conduct pre-sale evaluation of products on different platforms, refine selling points, and complete product descriptions.
3. Connect online platforms and backend systems to manage data across various platforms.
4. Integrate and address issues related to orders, inventory, and after-sales.
5. Facilitate communication and coordinate delivery for new product launches, track key processes and feedbacks.
6. Regularly track, record, and analyze product reviews, and propose suggestions for continuous product improvement.
7. Implement other duties as assigned and support ad-hoc duties as required.
    

Job Requirements:

1. At least two years of experience in consumer product online operations or will be an advantage.
2. Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in e-commerce or online marketing is preferred.
3. Proficient in using various office software and possess good image and text processing abilities.
4. Able to work conscientiously and meticulously, responsible, willing to learn new knowledge, and possess good team spirit.
5. Excellent command in written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin.
6. Immediate available is preferred.
