Responsibilities


- Handle HK and foreign securities, futures, and funds order from clients
- Monitor client's order and margin level
- Participate in system development projects, UAT and implementation
- Assist in compiling manuals, guidelines and product information
- Support account opening, provide professional customer services to communicate with clients via telephone, email, online platforms and face-to-face
- Collaborate with internal departments to deliver quality service of company standard
- Assist in ad-hoc projects as assigned


Requirements


- University graduate, preferably in business or related disciplines
- Holder of SFC type 1 and type 2 is a must, type 4 will be an advantage
- Relevant experience in account opening and client service in securities and futures firm will be an advantage
- Proactive, patient, good services attitude, strong communication skills, detailed oriented and a good team player
- Good command of Cantonese, Mandarin and English
- Willing to work in shifts (Day & Night)
