- Coordinate with internal, partners and vendor to ensure business success
About your job:
- Manage customers’ on-boarding process and system deployment in customers’ sites
- Ensure that the system deployment is consistent and successful
- Manage & resolve customers’ technical issues with regards to Energybox’s hardware and software
- Proactively monitor customers’ sites on Energybox’s platform to help mitigate any potential outages, to ensure good user experience
- Provide technical consultancy and best practices to customers on how to effectively install and use Energybox’s solutions
- Coordinate and support installation partners to successfully deploy Energybox’s hardware in customer’s sites
- Provide installation training to new installation partners when needed
About you:
- At least 3 years of relevant experience working in customer service roles.
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience with hardware and software diagnostics and troubleshooting
- Ensure quality of work deliver to ensure customer satisfaction and to meet agreed quality standards
- Proven experience in project management will be considered as a more senior role
- Understand IoT, cloud computing & IT Security is a plus
- Knowledge in reading E&M drawing is a plus
- Degree holder in Computer Science, Electronics/Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English is a must
