Responsibilities:

• Control and support cloud services (AWS) and API connections
• Design, build and maintain IT infrastructure and data center facilities
• Perform regular system backups, restores and troubleshooting, monitoring network equipment and storage capacity, plan and fine-tuning backup topology
• Review, design and implement system security components, setting and policies
• Maintain critical POS and MS SQL Server platform to ensure system stability and effective data exchange between systems
• Provide system administration, system documentation and log reports
• Work with vendors, project team and application team on system upgrade and new system integration

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science or relevant discipline
• 4 years solid experience in systems, networking and database administration
• Hands-on experience on Firewall (Palo Alto, FortiGate), LAN switching (CISCO), SAN Storage (HPE and IBM), NAS, Server Room equipment
• Proven experience supporting VMware, Veeam, MS SQL, MS Windows server (AD, DHCP, DFS, CA, M365, PowerShell and Exchange,) and Linux Server (Nginx, Apache and MySQL)
• IT Professional certificates would be advantageous (ITIL/CCNA/MCSA)
• Strong in organize work and troubleshooting, performance tuning, capacity planning, system configuration, monitoring and documentation
• Proficient in planning, willing to learn, self-motivated and good team player
• Able to work under pressure and work outside office hours when needed
• Less experience will considered as System Administrator / System Engineer
