Job Description

• Diploma or above
• Minimum 3 years or above working experience in Property/ Facility Management
• Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English
• Good command in MS office and Chines word processing
• PMP (Tier 2 ) Licence holder is preferred
• The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Property Manager in handling all property management related duties, customer service duties, repair & maintenance, and building service engineering
• Familiar with DMC, BMO, Tenancy Management will be an advantage 

Candidates with more experience will be considered as Property Officer/ Senior Property Officer.
