FP&A Analyst
Our client is a leading provider in the travel amenity industry, specializing in customized premium airline amenity concepts. They are currently looking for an outstanding FP&A Analyst to join the company.


Job Description:

• Prepare detailed monthly analyses of sales, profitability, and expenses, comparing actual results with budgets and prior-year performance, accompanied by insightful commentaries.
• Monitor financial performance closely, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities for enhancing profit and loss outcomes.
• Contribute to cash flow forecasting, annual budgeting, and long-term planning efforts to ensure alignment of financial objectives with business strategies.
• Develop dashboards featuring key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor business and operational performance, facilitating effective variance analysis.
• Collaborate as a strategic partner with departmental leaders to analyse and optimize product margins across all divisions.
• Support the implementation of business initiatives by conducting financial modeling, cash flow analysis, risk assessments, and tracking results.
• Assist in preparing presentations and materials, including performance reviews, for presentation to senior leadership.

Job Requirement:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• Min 4 years of experience in FP&A, with a background in financial modeling, process improvement, and project management ideally within a multinational corporation or sizable company.
• Proficiency in VBA, SQL, and Power BI will be added advantage.
• Audit experience from a top-tier CPA firm is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical aptitude, strategic thinking, and the ability to effectively communicate complex financial information to stakeholders across all levels.
• Eager to learn and thrive in a dynamic environment.
• Demonstrated teamwork and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple assignments.
• Detail-oriented with a knack for issue identification and proposing solutions.
• Strong proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
