Our client “Up Way China Bullion Limited'' is seeking a Social Media Marketing / Community Specialist - Fintech / Financial Services to join their company!  

What you’ll be doing? 

• Develop and implement strategies to build and engage communities on various social channels such as Telegram, Discord and Reddit. 
• Manage and moderate promotion channels, ensuring a positive and inclusive environment. 
• Foster and maintain active conversations, discussions, and engagement within the community. 
• Provide timely and helpful responses to community inquiries, feedback, and support requests. 
• Organize and host community events, competitions, and initiatives to foster interaction and excitement. 
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create and distribute engaging content tailored to the community. 
• Identify and engage with key influencers and community advocates to strengthen our community presence. 
• Monitor and analyze community engagement metrics to identify areas for improvement and growth. 
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new features on various social channels to optimize community management.

Who are they looking for? 

• Strong proven experience as a Community Specialist.
• Strong understanding of the Telegram, Discord and Reddit platform, its features, and community management best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a friendly and professional tone.
• Passion for building and fostering online communities.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle conflicts or challenging situations within the community.
